Refund policy

At Beneroad, products can be exchanged if a request is made within 7 days of delivery. Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, original packaging is intact, and the invoice is provided.

Customers must state a valid reason for the exchange request, such as:

  • Defective item

  • Wrong size

  • Incorrect product received

For customers opting for the online exchange process with a valid reason, no courier charges will be applied for exchange pickup.

If a customer has ordered the correct item but the size does not fit, they will be required to drop off the item at a designated location. However, if the product is defective or incorrect, it will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.

In such cases, please contact our customer care within 3 days of delivery by sharing images of the defective or incorrect product via email or phone.

Important Notes:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange

  • The exchange process may take 7–10 working days after verification

  • Product colors or textures may slightly vary due to screen or lighting differences; exchanges will not be accepted for this reason

  • Jewellery and accessories are non-exchangeable


RETURN POLICY

We operate a No Return Policy.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as when an item is out of stock after order confirmation. In such cases, please allow up to 7 days for refund processing.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed and the Exchange & Return Policy will apply.

If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Beneroad will not be liable to refund or compensate the order amount.

Beneroad reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Item being out of stock

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment failure or decline by the issuing bank


DELIVERY TIME

  • Lahore, Islamabad & Karachi: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities: 7–10 working days

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to pay the rider before opening the package.
