Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping for online orders. Customers outside Pakistan who wish to purchase our products are requested to contact us directly via email, WhatsApp, or our social media channels for assistance.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Lahore, Islamabad & Karachi: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities: 7–10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

What are your shipping charges?

  • Standard shipping fee: PKR 250/-

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 6,000/-

Which fabrics are used?

We are committed to using sustainable and ethically sourced fabrics for all our garments.

Our materials are sourced from reputable suppliers who follow ethical production standards. Most of our fabrics are made from natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and similar materials.

Returns & Exchange

Can I exchange my products?

Yes, exchanges are allowed if the item received is:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • In the wrong size

How can I return or exchange a product?

For orders within Pakistan, exchange requests can be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the returned parcel at our warehouse, the exchange will be processed within 7 working days.

If free shipping was availed at the time of purchase, PKR 250 shipping charges will be applicable on all refunds or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it is processed.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible and the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
